How to Book & Rates of Hire
**COVID update: we are open for bookings of up to 200 people**
How to book:
- Please see the Calendar page to check availability for the date and time you wish to book.
- If availability is shown, please email [email protected] providing your contact details and query so we can be in touch to make the necessary arrangements.
- The Main Hall can be hired at a rate of £15 per hour.
- The Committee Room can be hired at a rate of £12 per hour with a capacity of 40 people.
- Children's birthday parties can be held at a rate of £10 per hour
- Education and tuition for children under 16 years attracts a rate of £8 per hour
- There are very reasonable special rates for weddings, longer hire periods and residential stays. Please ask our booking secretary by e-mail
- By making a booking, you agree to comply with the general conditions of hire (see below).
